• Hospital (General Medical & Surgical)

• K- 12 School
• Medical Office*
• Multifamily Housing
• Non-Refrigerated Warehouse
• Office
• Refrigerated Warehouse
• Retail Store
• Residence Hall/Dormitory*
• Senior Care Community
• Supermarket/Grocery Store
• Waste Treatment Plant*
• Wholesale Club/Supercenter
• Worship Facility

*  These property types are not eligible for ENERGY STAR certification but they can still receive a 1-100 score.
